So, as some of you may remember, one of my goals for this mini-deployment is to exercise and just be more fit!
In the past two years I’ve had two beautiful girls, and this body needs a little work to get back into shape. More than that though, I know I just need to treat my body better, which means exercise to be healthy. Also, I desperately need those endorphins released through exercise to help kill stress and stay positive. Plus, that extra energy created through a good work out wouldn’t hurt so I can keep up with my non-stop toddlers!
I love Pinterest to help brainstorm and add a little motivation. So far I have incorporated this pin for my current main focus.
Since I am pretty out of shape I am only able (read: have motivation/energy) to do the entire workout one time instead of the recommend three reps, but hey, I have got to start somewhere!
I’ll be updating week to week how my progress is going, and when I start to see some results (fingers crossed), I may even show an abs pic!
