So, this week I choose to do the 20 minute abs fitness class instead of the yoga. This every-single-second-work-your-core-muscles class gave my little abs routine at home a run for its money.
Wow. It was amazing, and I’m glad I did it, but I definitely need to go back to yoga next week and build up to that 20-minutes-abs-on-fire-make-you-cry class…
It feels so good to be taking care of myself, taking steps to be healthier and stronger, and just making myself proud!
That’s my short and sweet fitness update for the week because I’m exhausted just thinking about how hard I worked out :p
